1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and purchases from drinkcuttea.com, operated by Cuttea™. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products, pricing & availability

We try to describe products and prices accurately, but errors can happen. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We may limit quantities and refuse or cancel any order — including after it's placed, for example if a product is mispriced or out of stock — and we'll refund you in full if we do.

3. Health & results disclaimer

Cuttea is a dietary/food supplement — not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it isn't a substitute for a balanced diet, exercise, or medical advice. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. Please read the full Supplement Disclaimer and consult a healthcare professional before use.

4. Orders & payment

An order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we send an order confirmation or ship your item. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers; by paying, you authorize the charge.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — the Cuttea name and logo, text, images, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or use them without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site unlawfully, don't try to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access, and don't submit false information or infringing content.

7. Third-party links & services

The Site may link to or rely on third parties (e.g. payment, shipping, and express-checkout wallets). We're not responsible for their content or practices; their terms apply to their services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is,". Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
