In short: We ship across the US and worldwide. Orders leave our warehouse in 1–2 business days, and you'll get tracking by email.

Where we ship

We ship across the United States (our primary market) and to most countries worldwide.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours from the date of purchase. You'll get a confirmation email, and a tracking link once your order ships.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Estimates below are from dispatch, not guarantees:

Express Shipping 5–8 business days.

Standard Shipping 6–9 business days.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping is free of charge.

Express Shipping (optional) costs 1.99$.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping details — we're not responsible for orders delayed, lost due to an incorrect address. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment.

Lost, stolen, or delayed parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your parcel, check with neighbors and your carrier first. For parcels lost in transit, contact us at support@drinkcuttea.com in the first 48 hours and we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
